1/2 kg chicken breast
1 can of mushrooms, cut to taste
1 onion
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons garlic chopped
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp pepper sesame oil
1/2 tsp sweet soy sauce (you can add if you want it more brown)
granulated sugar if you want it sweeter.
Salt if not salty enough.

cut into squares, and the water in the storage container.
Sauté the onions with garlic, add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well, add the pepper, then the chicken and mushrooms, add the remaining chicken stock from steaming, cook and let the broth absorb until the water dries up. Once dry, add the sesame oil and mix well.
