Woku Pot Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- Salmon, cut into pieces - 1 tail (850 grams)
- Lime, squeeze the water - 1 fruit
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Lemongrass, bruised - 2 sticks
- Galangal, bruised - 4 cm
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Citrus leaves - 5 pieces
- Pandan leaves, divide into 4 then tie - 1 sheet
- Turmeric leaves, finely sliced - 1 sheet
- Basil leaves, take the leaves - 2 bunches
- Red cayenne pepper - 10 pieces
- Tomato, halved then cut into pieces - 1 piece
- Water - 600 ml
- Oil, for frying - to taste
- Ground spices:
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Shallots - 8 grains
- Red chilies - 2 pieces
- Red cayenne pepper - 2 pieces
- Turmeric - 4 cm
- Ginger - 2 cm
- Pecan - 4 grains

- Sugar - 1/2 tsp

- In a bowl, mix the fish evenly with the lime juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat some oil. Saute ground spices with lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, lime leaves, and pandan leaves until fragrant.
- Pouring water. Add the fish and stir gently. Cook until the water boils and shrinks slightly.
- Add turmeric leaves, basil, cayenne pepper, and tomatoes. Stir gently until smooth. Cook for a while then remove.
- Ready to be served.
