Egg Nut Recipe

Peeled peanuts - 150 grams
Egg - 1 egg
Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
Powdered sugar - 30 grams
Salt - 1/4 tsp

Wheat flour - 80 grams
Tapioca flour - 20 grams

Fry the peanuts until the outside is brown and cooked. Lift and drain.
