Review: Puregrow Organic Brand Growth Milk

In the past, I personally only knew the types of milk: powdered milk, liquid milk, etc. and the processing method: pasteurization, evaporation, UHT, etc. Now I or even the public may be more selective in consuming milk every day, not only looking at the nutrition label on the packaging, but also choosing the type of cow that produces the milk. And organic is the best choice.

We should be grateful that in Indonesia, we are still easy and are still used to choosing various foods, whether milk, or other foods such as grains, vegetables, fruit, side dishes, and so on.

However, in some countries, people are haunted by GMO products. Do you know what GMO products are? Simply put, I'm saying non-natural products that have been genetically engineered to increase the "commercial value" of the product. It's really long and scary to explain, sometime we'll talk at length about this.

Therefore, in our country, we are still hunting for products with non-MSG labels as indicators of healthy food, while in other countries we have reached the GMO free label to label their food as healthy and organic.

Yes, different countries, different people, definitely different needs too. That's why we should be grateful, our country has not been contaminated with GMO products (hopefully..). So, be careful when choosing an external product, make sure it is safe and natural.

Organic living is part of a lifestyle that should be preserved, because we can synergize with nature. And the smallest thing, in choosing food, one of them is milk. So I'm quite happy with the arrival of Organic Puregrow from Arla. Arla is a foreign brand, but the product is organic.

I was immediately attracted by the packaging used for this product. The picture is really cute, with a brown background and a child watering flowers, it fits perfectly with the natural message he wants to convey. I've only seen the ad a few times on TV, and was touched by the word "organic".

Usually, when I hunt for organic food, I have to fight from one blog to another in order to get the info. The problem is that the advertisements on TV are mostly commercial food advertisements.

Puregrow Organic Milk is said to be the first in Indonesia to give serious attention to the quality of milk, starting with how to take care of the cows. As milk claims in general, Puregrow milk also contains many nutrients, such as:

This Organic Milk also has organic certificates in Indonesia and the European Union, and is also labeled halal and licensed by BPOM, because it is handled by a large manufacturer like Indofood.

On a whim, I tried to taste it, the claim is that it does not contain added sugar and added flavours, so what do you taste in this milk, that's the natural taste. And if you taste it (before brewing) the taste is really savory and a bit sweet, only the sweetness is fleeting.

When brewed, the color is not solid white, so it's kind of creamy (maybe this is what is called milky white... hehe). The thing is that when you brew some powdered milk, it's really white in color (maybe it depends on the type of dairy cow, it's rich too...)

Speaking of dairy cows, what makes Puregrow claim to be organic. Because everything involved in making this milk is 99% organic, starting from cow feed, how to live cows, and how to care for them.

So I think happy cows will produce good milk too (just like breastfeeding mothers, happy mothers will definitely have an impact on their children) only here we are not positioning ourselves as calves, right .

If the children comment when I give Puregrow milk, I quite like it (but the way to eat it is to eat it raw without brewing it ️). The conclusion is delicious and not too sweet.

For the price, it's 3x normal growth milk. For 30 gr sachets, that's around 13-15 thousand, more expensive than most milk powder sachets, which only cost around 3-5 thousand. And for cardboard packaging with a size of about 360 grams, I tried to check for around 130 - 150 thousand, if normal milk is around 50 thousand in size. So, how about mothers? It's not too expensive for organic labels .

Unfortunately, I think there's only one thing, if this was UHT milk, I think I would prefer it.
