Ingredients

  • Bean sprouts - 200 grams
  • Shallots, thinly sliced ​​- 6 grains
  • Garlic, thinly sliced ​​- 4 cloves
  • Red chilies, sliced ​​thinly - 4 pieces
  • Cayenne pepper, thinly sliced ​​- 4 pieces
  • Red tomatoes, roughly chopped - 1/2 fruit
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 30 ml
  • Oil, for frying - 2 tbsp

  • Heat the oil. Saute sliced ​​onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add sliced ​​tomatoes, red chilies, and cayenne pepper. Stir well until fragrant.
  • Enter bean sprouts. Then turn up the stove fire. Season with oyster sauce, salt. and sugar. Stir well.
  • Pour water and cook briefly until slightly wilted.
  • Just before serving, add the chopped scallions. Stir well. Lift.
  • Ready to be served.
