Ingredients

  • Ripe kepok bananas - 6 pieces
  • Margarine - 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Meises or shaved chocolate bars - 50 grams

Plans

  • Heat margarine in a flat skillet or pan. Bake bananas until dry and golden brown, turning both sides. Lift.
  • Set the banana with a pestle. Reheat the bananas to the pan while slightly stirring, remove from heat.
  • Arrange bananas on a serving plate, sprinkle with cheese and chocolate.

  • Besides kepok bananas, plantain bananas can be an option. Choose bananas that are ripe but not mushy or too ripe so that when burned they don't absorb a lot of margarine.
