Krawu Rice Recipe
Nasi krawu is a typical food from the Gresik region, East Java. When served, krawu rice contains fluffier white rice, shredded beef, red krawu, yellow krawu, chili paste, and cucumber. Ingredients
- White rice - 500 grams
- Deep scrub beef - 500 grams
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces

- Grated coconut - 50 grams
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Turmeric finger - 1 segment
- Citrus leaves - 1 sheet

- Fried Onion - to taste
