Cheese Stick Recipe (cheese Sticks)

Ingredients Wheat flour - 150 grams Sago flour - 100 grams Salt - 1/2 tsp Broth powder - 1/2 tsp Eggs - 2 eggs Margarine - 15 grams Cheddar cheese, grated - 125 grams Water, as needed - 15 ml See Mother's Recipe Version Plans In a bowl, mix flour, sago flour, salt, powdered broth, and cheese. Mix well. Make a well in the middle of the mixture then add the eggs, mix well. Add margarine and stir and knead the dough until smooth. Add water little by little if the dough is too dry and difficult to knead. Roll out the dough until it is thin or according to the desired thickness. Sprinkle with sago flour. Then cut with a knife into sticks. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan. Fry the cheese sticks in really hot oil, using low heat. Fry until it turns golden brown in color. Lift and drain. Once cool, put in and store in an airtight container. Ready to be served. 1. The use of cheddar cheese can be replaced with parmesan cheese, edam, or a mixture of the three, according to taste.
