Bibimbap Recipe
Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Eggs - 3 eggs
- Cucumber, remove seeds and cut into long matchsticks - 1 piece
- Carrots, cut into long matchsticks - 2 pieces
- Sprouts - 50 grams
- Spinach, noon - 2 bunches
- Enoki mushroom, root cut - 100 grams
- Champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced - 5 pieces
- Sesame oil - 4 tsp
- Margarine - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Stir-fry Meat:
- Ribs, thinly sliced - 100 grams
- Oyster sauce - 1.5 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Oil, for frying - 2 tbsp
- Sauce:
- Gochujang (Korean chili sauce) - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Palm sugar - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Boiled water - 1 tbsp

- Cook the rice as usual until it becomes rice. Set aside.
- Fry eggs into beef eyes. Remove and set aside.
- Squeeze the zucchini/kyuri with a pinch of salt until wilted. Set aside.
- Blanch each: (dip briefly in boiling water) carrots, bean sprouts, spinach, and enoki mushrooms, then remove and drain. Each is then mixed with 1 tsp of sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Stir well and set aside.
- Saute sliced champignon mushrooms with 1 tablespoon margarine until fragrant and browned. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry Meat: Heat the oil. Add the meat and fry until the juices of the meat come out and are cooked. Lift then drain.
- Sauce: In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Serving: Prepare a serving bowl. Add enough rice. Arrange a circle of various vegetables and stir-fried meat. Place the fried egg on the side of the bowl. Add sauce to taste. Before eating, stir thoroughly until well blended.
