Plans

  • Grease a baking sheet (I used 22x10 cm) with cooking oil. Cover the top with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Heat the steamer pot/cooker. Cover the lid with a washcloth/napkin.
  • Melt the margarine with the cooking chocolate while continuing to stir. Use low heat. Once melted and well mixed, then cool.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and emulsifier on medium speed until white and fluffy.
  • Add flour and cocoa powder while sifting. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
  • Enter the melted margarine and chocolate earlier. Stir again until completely smooth.
  • Take 100 grams of dough. Mix with 35 grams of sweetened condensed milk chocolate. Stir well. Set aside.
  • Take a baking sheet and pour of the initial mixture into the pan. Steam for 15 minutes on medium heat. Pick it up and take it out.
  • Pour the mixture that has been mixed with sweetened condensed milk chocolate into the pan. Flatten then steam again for 5-10 minutes. Pick it up and take it out.
  • Pour the remaining of the first batter into the pan. Flatten and steam until cooked. Remove and cool. Remove the cake from the tin. Set aside.
  • Ganache: Heat melted whipcream and chopped chocolate over low heat. Stir until chocolate melts. Put it in a plastic triangle.
  • Spray the melted ganache over the brownie cake, starting from the center to the edges. Tap the container/base where the brownies are so that the ganache is evenly distributed.
  • Make a marble motif: Put the liquid whipcream into a plastic triangle. Spray over the melted chocolate ganache on top of the brownies, forming 3 long lines. Use chopsticks or a toothpick to scrape the number 8 shape repeatedly over the ganache & whipped cream that has been sprayed, to form a marble motif.
  • Ready to be served.
  • 1. Don't forget to wrap the lid of the steamer with a clean rag/napkin to prevent moisture from falling onto the surface of the brownies.
