Review: Tokyo Bowl Hokben With Japanese Sauce

Fast food is often synonymous with unhealthy food, because it is usually high in salt and additives. Apart from all that, almost all fast food food is delicious.. I don't know how to cook it.. hehe

But now fast food has also gone up a level to become healthy food, by serving a salad menu, so it's not just something fatty. Actually, after I noticed that some fast foods offer a salad menu, both fruit and vegetables which are quite pleasing to the tongue from the appearance, one of them is the Tokyo Bowl from Hokben.

(Tokyo Bowl)

It's kind of like a salad, from the looks of it, it's quite healthy, coz it doesn't use oil and it only contains vegetables + Japanese cold noodles. So that the taste is not bland, there is a sauce used as a mixture, namely: mayonnaise, pizza, and Japanese sauce. Here, let me give you a sneak peek, in supermarkets, the taste of the sauce is similar to the Kwipi brand of sesame sauce.

For me, mayonnaise and pizza sauce are pretty normal, so I'm curious about the Japanese sauce variant. Because I ordered through an ojol, so I didn't eat at the place, so this Tokyo Bowl appearance came to my house, like this:

(Tokyo Bowl Contents)
Consisting of one cup of vegetables and clear noodles, two Japanese sauces (and in my opinion there are still not many), and cutlery. (Ps: That baby's hand is not included, I accidentally took the photo ... I want to edit it already.) The

vegetables consist of: corn, purple cabbage, lettuce, letus leaves, and gelosor noodles (if Sundanese people say). It looks a little rich, but seriously it makes you full. Because it contains a lot of fiber.

The sauce is brown in color and has sesame in it, for those who don't like the smell of scorching, this sauce is rich in a charred aroma, even though it's not burnt, but from the combination of roasted sesame in it. But, I like it so, it's delicious..

As for the noodles themselves, they're delicious and chewy, hmmm... to be honest, this is the first time I've come across this type of noodle. At least, it's really similar to aci noodles or glosor noodles, but the taste is just different in the mouth, you have to try it anyway..

The price is around 25 thousand for 1 serving, hmm.. is it too expensive, isn't it? I don't know, but if you compare it to a typical Sundanese lotek, it's definitely more expensive, yes, with vegetable content but different presentation

.. hehe So, for this Hokben-style Tokyo Bowl, I have an opinion:

Taste: 5/5
Packaging: 5/5
Price: 4/5
Buy again: yes/ maybe / no
