Ingredients

- Ripe bananas - 150 grams
- Granulated sugar - 40 grams
- Ingredients B (stir well then sieve):
- All-purpose flour - 100 grams
- Cinnamon powder (optional) - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- Double action baking powder - 1/4 tsp

- Pour the mixture until it is full into the mold. Do it until the dough runs out.
- Put the steamed sponge into the preheated steamer/pan. Put some distance between them. Steam for 20 minutes. Lift and remove the cake from the mould.
- Ready to be served.
