  • Garlic - 6 cloves

  • Turmeric - 2 finger joints
  • Coriander - 1 tsp
  • Red chilies - 5 pieces
  • Cayenne pepper - 5 pieces
  • Citrus leaves - 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Complementary:
  • Tomatoes, cut into pieces - 2 pieces
  • Basil, pick the leaves - 2 bunches
  • Cayenne pepper - to taste

  • Wash the tilapia, then add the lime juice. Let stand 10 minutes, then rinse again.
