Seafood Fried Noodle Recipe
Besides rice, noodles are also one of the most popular foods in Indonesia. There are many noodle sellers that you can find, ranging from street level to five star level. In this recipe, the noodle creation that will be discussed is seafood fried noodles. If usually fried noodles are sold using pieces of chicken and sausage, this time the fried noodles will use shrimp, squid, and fish balls. To make it, you need spices such as English soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili, and garlic.
Ingredients
- Wet noodles, brew hot water and drain - 250 grams
- Large prawns, back and remove feces - 4 tails
- Squid, cut into rings - 1 tail
- Carrots, cut into matchsticks - 1 piece
- Mustard greens, roughly chopped - 2 stalks
- Large red chilies, sliced oblique - 2 pieces
- Green onions, sliced oblique - 2 stalks
- Garlic, finely chopped - 4 cloves
- Ginger, finely chopped - 2 cm
- Sweet soy sauce - 5 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Oil, for frying - to taste

Plans
- Heat the oil. Saute onion and ginger until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and squid. Stir and cook until done.
- Add carrots, mustard greens, red chilies, and spring onions. Stir well.
- Season with salt, sugar and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in the sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well. Correction taste. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- If you want it spicier, you can add sliced / crushed cayenne pepper.
