  • Sugar - 5 tbsp

Plans

  • First, arrange Marie Regal in a pudding mold, then mix the agar, water and sugar in a saucepan. Stir using a whisk until well blended.
  • Turn on the stove over medium heat, stirring constantly until the custard liquid boils.
  • Turn off the stove, stir again until the pudding is slightly warm and the steam is gone, then pour it using a spoon little by little so that the regal biscuits don't float.
  • Wait for it to set. While waiting for the first layer to harden we make the second layer.
  • Mix white coffee, to make it clear, sweet thick creamer and water in a saucepan, stir using a whisk until well blended.
  • Turn on the stove over medium heat, wait until it almost boils (don't let it laugh) while continuing to stir so that the milk doesn't break.
  • Turn off the stove, while stirring quickly add the egg yolks, stir until well blended.
  • Turn the stove back on over low heat, cook the coffee pudding again for a while (don't need to boil).
  • Turn off the stove, stir gently until the steam disappears then pour over the first layer, wait for it to set.
  • Cut into pieces and serve cold.
  • For the second layer there is no need to boil bubbling because later the milk can break.
