Ingredients Beef - 300 grams Beef broth - 1.5 liters Coconut milk - 500 ml Lemongrass - 1 stick Galangal, bruised - 3 cm Bay leaf - 1 sheet Citrus leaves - 2 pieces Salt - 1.5 tbsp Brown sugar - 1/2 tbsp Broth powder (optional) - 1/4 tsp Oil, for frying - 3 tbsp Water to boil the meat - to taste Ground spices: Garlic - 5 cloves Shallots - 6 grains Candlenut - 3 grains Ginger - 2 cm Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Turmeric (optional) - 1 cm Peanut sauce: Peanuts, fried - 100 grams Onion crackers, fried - 25 grams Cayenne pepper, boiled - 15 pieces Garlic, boiled - 2 cloves Salt - 1/4 tsp Boiled water - to taste Complementary: Ketupat, cut into pieces - 3 pieces Soun, soak in warm water then drain - 100 grams Bean sprouts, washed - 100 grams Green onion, thinly sliced - 1 stick Celery, thinly sliced - 1 stick Fried onion - 1 tbsp Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils Plans 1. Boil the meat until tender. Remove and cut. Set aside. 1. Mix all the peanut sauce ingredients and grind/pulverize/blender/use a food processor until smooth. 1.
