  • Milk pudding:
  • Agar-agar plain - 1 pack
  • Jelly powder plain - 1 tsp
  • Liquid milk - 800 ml
  • Granulated sugar - 120 grams
  • Colorful Pudding:
  • Agar-agar plain - 1 pack
  • Granulated sugar - 120 grams
  • Water - 800 ml
  • Blue, yellow, green and red food coloring - to taste
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Make the ingredients for the colorful pudding first, mix the gelatin, sugar and water, cook until it boils while stirring. Turn off the fire.
  • Divide into 4 parts, give a little blue, yellow, green, red coloring in each part, mix well. Refrigerate until hardened, then cut into small squares, set aside.
  • Cook the milk pudding, mix the gelatin, jelly powder, liquid milk and sugar until it boils. Turn off the heat, let stand until the hot steam is gone.
  • Arrange the colorful pudding pieces at random in the pudding mold. Then, pour the milk pudding little by little so that the colorful pudding pieces don't float.
  • Chill the pudding until it hardens in the refrigerator. After that, remove it from the mold.
  • Cut and serve.
