Fried Oncom Recipe

Ingredients
- Oncom medium size - 1 board
- Shallots, finely chopped - 2 grains
- Garlic, finely chopped - 2 cloves

- Flour - 8 tbsp
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chicken stock powder - to taste
- Cold water - 150 ml
