Sweet And Sour Grouper Fish Recipe

Ingredients Grouper - 1 fish (300 grams) Garlic, coarsely chopped - 3 cloves Onion, diced - 1 piece Tomatoes, diced - 2 pieces Red chilies, sliced oblique - 2 pieces Spring onions, cut into 2 cm - 2 stalks Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp Oyster sauce - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Water - 150 ml Maizena, dissolved with 1 tsp water - 1 tsp Lime, take the juice - 1 fruit Right amount of oil See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Clean the fish scales and remove the gills. Coat fish with lime juice and tsp salt. Leave the fish for 15 minutes, then wash again until clean. Heat the oil. Fry the fish until cooked, dry and brown. Remove and set aside. Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Add tomatoes, red chilies, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and water. Mix well and adjust the taste. Add the scallions and cornstarch solution. Stir well and let it boil. Turn off the fire. Arrange the fried fish on a serving plate. Drizzle fish with sweet and sour sauce. Ready to be served. Fish can also be deep fried with all-purpose flour.
