Ingredients

  • Grouper - 1 fish (300 grams)
  • Garlic, coarsely chopped - 3 cloves
  • Onion, diced - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes, diced - 2 pieces
  • Red chilies, sliced ​​oblique - 2 pieces
  • Spring onions, cut into 2 cm - 2 stalks
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Maizena, dissolved with 1 tsp water - 1 tsp
  • Lime, take the juice - 1 fruit

  • Clean the fish scales and remove the gills. Coat fish with lime juice and tsp salt. Leave the fish for 15 minutes, then wash again until clean.
  • Heat the oil. Fry the fish until cooked, dry and brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • Add tomatoes, red chilies, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and water. Mix well and adjust the taste.
  • Add the scallions and cornstarch solution. Stir well and let it boil. Turn off the fire.
  • Arrange the fried fish on a serving plate. Drizzle fish with sweet and sour sauce. Ready to be served.
  • Fish can also be deep fried with all-purpose flour.
