Ingredients

  • Material A:
  • Eggs - 3 eggs
  • Granulated sugar - 100 grams
  • Emulsifier - 1 tsp
  • Material B:
  • Wheat flour - 80 grams
  • Maizena - 20 grams
  • Powdered milk - 30 grams
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Material C:
  • Liquid milk - 50 ml
  • Cheese spread - 180 grams
  • Butter - 70 grams
  • Topping Ingredients:
  • Buttercream - 2 tbsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese for sprinkling - 50 grams
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Ingredients B: Mix all ingredients and then sieve. Set aside.
  • Mix and beat all ingredients A until fluffy and traced.
  • Add ingredients B to the resulting mixture A, stir again until evenly distributed.
  • Ingredients C: Heat milk and cheese spread, stir until combined. Lift. Add butter and beat until smooth. Set aside.
  • Add the C ingredients to the A mixture mixture, mix again until evenly distributed.
  • Prepare a baking sheet (I used an 18x18x5 cm pan) and line it with parchment paper.
  • Pour the batter into the pan.
  • Steam for 20-30 minutes over medium heat until cooked.
  • Remove and cool the cake, then remove it from the pan.
  • Lightly grease the cake with buttercream, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Ready to be served.
  • 1. Cheese spread can be replaced with 150 grams of grated cheddar cheese which is cooked with 100 ml of milk until dissolved and well mixed.
