Spaghetti Seafood Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 150 grams
- Peeled Shrimp - 100 grams
- Squid, cut into pieces - 100 grams
- Green scallops - 100 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Marinara Sauce:
- Tomatoes, finely blended - 4 pieces
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp
- Garlic, finely chopped - 2 cloves
- Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 piece
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste

- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add a little salt. Boil spaghetti until almost cooked or 3/4 cooked, as it will be done when cooked with sauce, drain. Then add olive oil and mix well so the spaghetti doesn't stick.
- Sauté the garlic and onions, add the seafood in the order of time it takes to cook, starting with the squid and scallops, then the prawns. Cook until the prawns change color.
- Add the blended tomatoes and tomato paste, cook until the water has reduced. After the water shrinks add black pepper, salt and sugar, mix well.
- Add spaghetti, mix well. Cook briefly until the spices are absorbed, the spaghetti is cooked through, and the sauce is slightly sour. Correction taste.
- Serve with a sprinkling of chopped fresh parsley.
