Ingredients

  • Squid, cut into rings - 500 grams
  • Lime juice - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Onion, diced - 1 grain

  • Red cayenne pepper, sliced ​​oblique - 5 pieces
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks

  • Coat the squid with lime juice and salt. Knead and leave for 30 minutes. After that, wash the squid. Drain well.
