Noodle Ball Recipe
These easy and savory snack balls are very special, because there is a crunchy sensation on the outside and a savory soft clay on the inside. Using only two packets of noodles, you can make this savory snack yourself. Have a stock of boiled or fried noodles at home? Follow an easy recipe for making noodle balls to be a snack while watching your favorite movie. Complete with chili sauce for dipping to make it more delicious.
Ingredients
- Instant noodles - 2 packs
- All-purpose flour - 90 grams
- Water - 7 tbsp
- Green onions and celery - 1 stick
- Cooking oil for frying - 500 ml
- Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

- Break half of a packet of instant noodles to crush as a dip.
- Boil 1.5 instant noodles, discard the cooking water and then flush with cold water, drain the water again and set aside.
- Cut the boiled noodles and then add the spices in the noodle package (only 1 pack of seasoning is used) stir until the spices are well mixed.
- Add the seasoning flour to the noodles, pieces of celery onion and water and stir until all the ingredients are mixed.
- Use plastic gloves that have been smeared with oil or use 2 tablespoons to scoop out the dough while forming a round shape and then roll it into dry noodles while compacting.
- Heat the cooking oil and fry until it turns golden. Fry the noodle balls with lots of oil so that they are submerged, cooked evenly, and have a nice color.
- Lift drain.
- Ready to be served with your favorite chili sauce for dipping.
- 1. Flip the fry when the bottom has changed color, so it doesn't break easily.
