Brongkos Recipe
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 grams
- Tofu skin - 6 pieces
- Boiled eggs, peeled - 4 eggs
- Tolo beans - 50 grams
- Melinjo skin - 50 grams
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Citrus leaves - 4 pieces
