Ingredients

  • Dory fish fillet - 500 grams
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp

  • Potato Garlic:
  • Baby potato, brush the skin until clean - 250 grams

  • Water for boiling - to taste
  • Lemon Sauce:
  • Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Cooking cream - 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Parsley, chopped - 1 tsp
  • Lemon zest - 1/4 tsp
  • Maizena, dissolved in 2 tsp water - 1 tsp
  • Complementary:
  • Boiled chickpeas - to taste
  • Fresh baby tomatoes - to taste
  • Buy ingredients and cooking utensils
