Gingerbread Recipe (ginger Cake)

Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 350 grams
- Butter - 100 grams
- Powdered milk - 30 grams
- Palm sugar - 100 ml

- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Spice:
- Ginger powder - 2 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cloves powder - 1/2 tsp

- White chocolate, melted - 50 grams
- Triangular plastic - to taste
- Cookie mold - to taste

- In a bowl add butter and palm sugar, mix. Add the palm sugar syrup while the mixer is running, then the eggs, spices and salt. Mixer until fluffy pale.
- Sift the flour, baking soda and milk powder, then add it to the butter mixture, mixing until just blended.
