Creme Brulee Recipe
The creme brulee is a classic French desert that is creamy, and the smell of roasted caramel is so appetizing. The main ingredients are just whipping cream, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract. Make sure to have a torch gun too, to bake the surface of the creme brulee so that it emits a caramel scent that makes it even more delicious.
Ingredients
- Whipping cream liquid - 300 ml
- Egg yolk - 3 eggs
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Granulated sugar - 35 grams
- Granulated sugar, for ditorch - to taste

- Combine the egg yolks and sugar, then stir using a whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
- Heat the whipping cream just enough to warm up until bubbles form on the edges of the pan, turn off the heat. Then add the vanilla extract, mix well.
- Enter the warm liquid whipping cream into the egg yolk mixture gradually while stirring.
- Strain the dough, pour it into a ramekin or a heatproof dish.
- Bake at 160°C using Au Bain Marie technique (main pan with hot water) for 50 minutes.
- Once cooked, cool and store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator, sprinkle with granulated sugar, then torch the surface until the sugar melts and browns. Freshly served.
