  • Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Instant coconut milk - 30 ml
  • Sour water - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Oil, for frying - to taste
  • Ground spices:
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Curly red chilies - 2 pieces
  • Citrus leaves, remove the bone leaves - 1 sheet
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Heat some oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
