Cianjur Chicken Porridge Recipe
Some regions have their own regional specialty chicken porridge recipe. Some of them are even so popular and are often sold in other cities, such as Jakarta chicken porridge, Medan chicken porridge, Manado porridge. In addition, Cianjur chicken porridge is also popular because of its delicacy. In contrast to chicken porridge in general, Cianjur chicken porridge does not use sauce that is watered when served. Ingredients
- Porridge:
- Rice - 1 cup
- Water - 7 cups
- Thin coconut milk - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Lemongrass, crushed - 1 stick
- Ginger, crushed - 1 knuckle
- Bay leaf - 1 sheet
- Leeks:
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Water - 1 cup
- Shallots - 3 grains
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Turmeric - 1 knuckle
- Coriander - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Chilli grind:
- Red chilies - 5 pieces
- Cayenne pepper - 10 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Complementary:
- Shredded chicken - to taste
- Ati gizzard - to taste
- Boiled eggs - to taste
- Crackers - to taste
- Fried peanuts - to taste
- Fried onions - to taste
- Soy sauce - to taste
- Lime - to taste

Plans
- Porridge: Combine all ingredients, mix well and cook until soft for about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally so it doesn't burn, set aside.
- Baceman Onion: finely blend the spices, then stir-fry until fragrant. Add water, scallions, sugar and salt. Cook until the water boils.
- Chilli grind: Boil all ingredients then finely blend and add salt, mix well.
- Solution: Take 1 tablespoon of pureed vegetables, pour into a bowl. Pour a little soy sauce, sprinkle with crackers while creasing. Add 1 tablespoon of fried peanuts, shredded chicken, sliced gizzard liver, baceman onions, boiled eggs and ground chilies. Lastly sprinkle fried onions and lime wedges. Good luck.
