Ingredients

  • Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC) - 150 grams
  • Granulated sugar - 125 grams
  • Medium protein flour - 75 grams
  • Unsalted butter - 75 grams
  • Eggs - 4 eggs
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

Plans

  • Melt the dark cooking chocolate & butter in a way. Set aside and cool.
  • Turn on the oven at 160°C.
  • Mix in a bowl, eggs and sugar. Beat with a whisk (beater) until the sugar is evenly mixed.
  • Add flour, salt, and baking powder while sifting. Mix well.
  • Finally, add the melted chocolate. Stir again until smooth.
  • Prepare muffin tins or aluminum foil bowls. Grease with margarine and sprinkle lightly with flour. Pour the batter into the mould.
  • Pour into the pan and bake for 5 minutes.
  • When baking, make sure the cake is not too puffy and is completely removed after 5 minutes. If it is too ripe then the lava does not form.
