Butter Fried Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken, cut into small pieces - 1/2 head
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sauce:
- Garlic, crushed and finely chopped - 4 cloves
- Onions, sliced lengthwise - 1/2 pieces
- Sweet soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- English soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Water - 50 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 50 ml
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Oil, fry for frying - 2 tbsp

- Clean the chicken and then coat the entire surface with finely chopped garlic and salt. Marinate (leave) for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Fry the chicken until cooked. Lift and drain. Set aside.
- Heat oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Pour in the water and mix well so it doesn't burn.
- Add salt, sugar and pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken and sliced onions. Mix well.
- Finally add the butter. Cook until it explodes and the spices absorb. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
