Balinese Spicy Shredded Chicken Recipe

Ingredients Boiled chicken, shredded - 350 grams Instant coconut milk - 65 ml (1 pack) Citrus leaves - 3 pieces Bay leaf - 3 pieces Galangal - 1 segment Lemongrass, bruised - 2 sticks Oil for frying - 2 tbsp Enough water Ground spices: Shallots - 6 grains Garlic - 5 cloves Big red chili - 3 pieces Cayenne pepper - 10 pieces Terasi - 1/2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric, roasted - 1 finger joint Salt - 2 tsp Brown sugar, comb - 1 tbsp Tamarind water - 3 tbsp Buy ingredients and cooking utensils Plans Heat the pan. Saute ground spices with oil. Add lime leaves, bay leaf, lemon grass, and galangal. Saute until fragrant then pour enough water. Add shredded chicken and coconut milk.
