Ingredients

  • Boiled chicken, shredded - 350 grams
  • Instant coconut milk - 65 ml (1 pack)
  • Citrus leaves - 3 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Galangal - 1 segment
  • Lemongrass, bruised - 2 sticks
  • Oil for frying - 2 tbsp
  • Enough water
  • Ground spices:
  • Shallots - 6 grains
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Big red chili - 3 pieces
  • Cayenne pepper - 10 pieces
  • Terasi - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric, roasted - 1 finger joint
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Brown sugar, comb - 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind water - 3 tbsp
  • Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Heat the pan. Saute ground spices with oil.
