Review: Sotoji, Delicious Instant Mushroom Soto Non-msg

From the first time I saw it, I was intrigued. Firstly, it's the first time I've seen vermicelli but it's packaged instantaneously using a cup, secondly, I think the taste of mushroom soup is really unique, especially since it doesn't contain MSG.

(Instant Mushroom Soto)
I got this for around 9000, maybe it's expensive when compared to other cup instant noodles, but I don't think it's a problem either, because I like what he has to offer, other than that it's rich in spices (the taste is still great even without MSG), and the cup is made of paper, not styrofoam. So, if you brew it for a long time, the water will seep out, but if you brew it directly you eat it, there's still a kind of thin plastic layer (similar to that brown rice wrap, you know..).

(Sotoji composition)
Judging from the ingredients, I think it's quite natural, not much weird, at least there's only one that uses chemical language: Maltodextrin. According to what I've read, it's a substance that likes to be added to food products (and it's not dangerous), it's used to maintain the texture of food. For more info, please search..

(No MSG and Gluten Free)
For those of you who are allergic to gluten (from flour usually), this is totally safe for you. Then another question, does it make you fat? Or is it filling? Yu, then we'll see the nutritional content.
(Nutrient content)
Hmm.. Looking at the calorie count, it's not too much in my opinion, it's the equivalent of 1 slice of bread with strawberry jam, so for breakfast it's really good. Now it's time to load and unload.. Hehe
(Contents in the package)
Don't complain, how come the contents of the vermicelli are so small ... That's serious if it's already brewed, it's not that little bit too many times. It contains spices, oil, chilies, fried mushrooms, what else is there... How come I forgot about it (oh yes, coconut milk if I'm not mistaken.. Hehe). And a funny experience, I thought the fried mushrooms were fried onions, because as far as I know, the fried mushrooms that I usually eat are white with flour
(Fried mushrooms)
Seriously, mushrooms are not fried onions, friends.. And if you taste it, even though the appearance is questionable, it really tastes like mushrooms and doesn't taste burnt at all. I don't know why it looks like that 😂

After brewing it, and adding the spices, it looks like this:
(Seduh Mushroom Sotoji Sotoji)
The taste is good, similar to the taste of homemade chicken soup, and the mushrooms taste really good, even though once again "the appearance is not convincing", but please, don't judge first.. Hehe the taste of the sauce is thick, and the spices are just right, in my opinion. because the gravy is a bit too much, I added rice😜 and the taste is just right, this is very different from the taste of instant noodles with soto taste in general, which is sometimes very far from the taste of home-made soto, if this one is serious I really enjoy the taste like it's homemade👌

So, for Instant Mushroom Sotoji Sotoji, I give an assessment:
Packaging: 5/5
Flavor: 5/5
Servings per Serving: 4/5
Price: 4/5
Completeness of spices, vegetables and more: 5/5
Buy again: yes/ no / maybe
