Review: Lactamond Breast Milk Booster (part 2)
Still looking for a breast milk booster but don't want one that tastes like herbs. I met another one that tastes really cute.. Yesterday, I tried the Almom brand breast milk booster . Still the title is almond milk, I found it again from the Lactamond brand. In my opinion, this breast milk booster is not made by a home manufacturer, because from the box and the texture of the milk is similar to the milk of a large manufacturer of nursing mothers.
For those of you who haven't read my first review, why do I prefer to choose plant-based milk over animal milk, because it doesn't have a lot of fat and words from experience don't make you fat (but if it's true for me, breast milk is pretty slim. ) , then for those who are lactose intolerant (who eat animal milk, they end up having diarrhea..) it's also not too risky. Not only almonds, soybeans, etc. are also good.
Going back to the review of Lactamond milk, what I tried yesterday still contains spices other than almond powder, for this milk, almonds are mixed with other nuts, which in my experience are really effective for boosting breast milk as well as providing nutrition. Consists of: Almonds, Soybeans, Edamame, Adzuki (Japanese red beans), and Green beans. All types of nuts are definitely rich in protein, and the nutrition doesn't need to be questioned anymore.
So, that's the nutritional content of each of the nuts in Lactamond milk, I hope you read it. Even though it's not pure almonds, in my opinion it's even better, so the nutrition is more varied than just one type.
Straight to the taste, if you mix it with almond milk in the discussion part 1, I said Lactamond is softer and lighter in texture, and the powder is really light , so it dissolves easily in water (even cold water).
For the taste, I chose strawberry, and the strawberry flavor in the milk is seriously natural and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste in the throat. Unfortunately, there are only 3 flavor variants: chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla, not like the next door neighbor's breast milk booster, with dozens of flavors to choose from...
The almond flavor is already vaguely masked by all the nuts, which makes it unique. And if I taste more deeply, the dominant flavor is still soy, is it because there are two variants of soybeans here.. Hehe. So far, the taste is really good.
In terms of packaging, Lactamond is not made into a satan, so it's just like cardboard milk in general, you have to move it to another jar to store it or roll it up and then roll it with carotenoids (I don't want it to be difficult, that's how I do it! 😂). So if you want to take it away, it's a bit complicated too.
