Recipes and how to make Skippy Sweet Pizza

Assalamu'alaikum, hi friends, see you again at the Adis Kitchen. This time I want to share a pizza recipe that we rarely encounter, namely Sweet Pizza using Skippy Jam .

Pizza dough ingredients:
- 250gr high protein flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 130ml cold water

Skippy® sweet pizza topping ingredients:
- Skippy® Chocolates Stripe Peanut Butter
- Skippy ® Strawberry Stripe Peanut Butter
- Sliced ​​Ambon banana
- White Choco chips
- Slice almonds
- Cheddar cheese
- Strawberry slices
- Sweetened condensed white milk to taste
- Melted butter to taste

How to make Skippy® sweet pizza:
1. Mix flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar mix well.
2. Add vegetable oil and cold water, mix well
3. Transfer to a cutting board or flat surface, knead until smooth.
4. Once smooth, put it in a container that has been greased with oil so it doesn't stick. Cover with a cloth and let sit for 1 hour until it expands.
5. After the dough has risen, deflate the dough to release air.
6. Divide the dough into 2 parts, flatten the dough using a rolling pin and transfer it to a pizza pan that has been greased with butter
7. Flatten the pizza dough on the pizza pan, then pierce the dough using a fork.
8. Grease the dough using enough melted butter
9. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes at 200°C
10. After baking, add toppings according to taste, on each part.
