Meat Lover Pizza Recipe
The original plan was to make pizza margherita, so you don't have to bother with toppings, just give pizza sauce, mozzarella, and basil leaves, that's it. But the boy already imagined that pizza was identical to sausage, so he protested, now it's your turn to add onions and peppers to make it a supreme pizza style, protest too.
It's finally over, this time I'm making a meat lover's pizza, which doesn't have the slightest touch of vegetables.
MEAT LOVER PIZZA

Servings: 1 personal size pan
Ingredients:
150 gr pizza dough
50 gr pizza sauce
Toppings:
🍕 2 Beef sausage sticks, cut into pieces
2 slices of smoked meat, for 4
50 gr minced meat
1/ 4 onions
1 clove of garlic, crushed chopped
75 gr mozzarella
1 tablespoon butter
How to cook:
prepare the minced meat stir fry: heat the butter in a frying pan until it melts, then saute the onions and garlic until fragrant, add the meat, saute again until it changes color, add salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
prepare pizza dough, flatten it on a baking sheet, then sprinkle pizza sauce on it, then add the minced meat until evenly distributed, add sausage and smoked meat, finally mozzarella.
Preheat the oven to 150 C, over low heat, for 10 minutes.
put pizza dough into it, bake for about 35 minutes at 150 c. Rotate the pan every 10 minutes (if the oven doesn't rotate automatically) so that the pizza cooks evenly.
🍕 after the cheese is completely melted, and the edges are browned, remove the pizza from the oven, and the meat lover pizza recipe is ready to serve.
