Hunting for Food Photography Equipment in Bali
One of my goals when I arrived in Bali two weeks ago apart from vacations and culinary tours was to hunt for food photography equipment. Yep, although there are quite a lot of knick-knacks that support food photos lying around at home, it's still crazy when you see new cutlery made of different materials. Because Bali is a paradise for wood and pottery handicrafts, those two materials were what I was looking for. I just found out from the hotel owner and online driver that it turns out that this wood craft is not made in Bali but from Jepara. Well, Jepara is well known as a center for producing wood crafts ranging from furniture and kitchen utensils. Generally, Jepara handicrafts are exported to foreign countries, but in Bali these crafts are easy to find and of course the price is increasing.
