Balinese Seasoned Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients Chicken, cut into 4 parts - 1 tail Lime, take the juice - 1 point Lemongrass - 1 stick Citrus leaves - 2 pieces Tamarind - 1 tsp Sweet soy sauce - 2 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Brown sugar - 1/2 tsp Water - 150 ml Oil, for frying - to taste Ground spices: Garlic - 5 cloves Shallots - 10 pieces Red chilies - 5 pieces Pecan - 4 grains Kencur - 2 cm Turmeric - 4 cm Terasi - 1 tsp Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils Plans Wash the chicken and then coat it with lime juice. Let stand a moment then rinse again until clean. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices with lemongrass and lime leaves until fragrant. Add chicken. Stir until the spices evenly coat the chicken. Pour water and add tamarind, soy sauce, salt, and brown sugar. Stir well and let it cook until the gravy is reduced and absorbed. Turn off the fire. Heat the grill or grill. Grill/grill the chicken while brushing with the remaining seasonings, until dry brown on both sides. Lift. Ready to be served.
