Savory Bread Pudding Recipe

I've been dreaming of owning a heavy duty mixer for so long , today I decided to buy one. My main goal is to knead the bread dough, because since the baking activity has increased, it is quite heavy if you use your hands to knead a large portion of dough. I currently have a Philips hand mixer that I bought since I started blogging more than 10 years ago. This mixer is actually a sitting type which is equipped with a bowl as well. But the holder was broken long ago and I threw it away. But I admit the mixer itself hasn't changed in performance at all since it was first purchased, and I prefer to use a hand mixer instead of using a hand mixer.Another mixer that is more complicated and takes up space on the kitchen table. So far, this Philips hand mixer is sufficient to support the activity of kneading light dough for cakes or cookies , but it 's a big NO when used to knead bread dough.

My second mixer is the Bosch type MUM 58720 sitting type. When I went to Singapore many years ago, this mixer was just launched in a supermarket there. My dream wasn't actually this type of Bosch, but because there was a discount promo and the type I wanted was expensive, I finally decided to buy it and take it home. Unfortunately, even though the Bosch brand is a guarantee of quality, this MUM 58720 type mixer did not meet my expectations. Using it to beat the egg mixture is still fine, but when I try to knead the bread dough, the machine vibrates and feels breathless. I was so horrified myself that I wanted to continue until the texture was really smooth. In the end, mixerIt's now stuck in the kitchen cabinet. I knead the bread dough again by hand and beat the cake dough with a hand mixer . What a wasted expensive purchase!
