4 liters of water
White SKM (sweetened condensed milk) 2 1/2 cans (You can use a delicious brand or FF)
130 ounces (130 grams) cornstarch
1130 gram granulated sugar
Ripe dragon fruit 1 kilo gram (Peel the skin, take the flesh, cut into pieces then blend until smooth)

How to Make Ice Pencil / Milk Dragon Fruit Candle:

The first step is to cook 3 1/2 liters of water and sugar until it boils.
After that add 1/2 liter of water that has been added with cornstarch (stir to dissolve).
Cook until boiling. Remove, let stand until the hot steam is gone.
After lukewarm, add 2 1/2 cans of sweetened condensed milk. (actually it can be cooked immediately on the stove, but the dough must be stirred constantly so it doesn't smell burnt. The problem is that milk dough burns easily if you don't keep stirring it. So to find it safe, you can use my method, namely by mixing milk into the dough after the dough is lukewarm).
Next, put the dragon fruit juice into the ice pencil mixture. Stir until completely dissolved.
The dragon fruit milk ice dough is ready to be packaged using ice plastic measuring 1.8 x 20 cm or 2.8 x 20 cm until it is finished and the dough runs out.
To help the process of putting the dough into the plastic ice pencil packaging, you can use a soy sauce bottle with a sharp mouth.
Put in the freezer and freeze 4-8 hours until frozen.
