Wet Anchovy Pepes Recipe

Ingredients Wet anchovies - 250 grams Lime, take the juice - 1 fruit Basil, pick the leaves - 1 bunch Tomato, sliced - 1 piece Salt - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Banana leaves - to taste Toothpick - to taste Ground spices: Garlic - 2 cloves Shallots - 6 grains Red chilies - 10 pieces Candlenut - 3 grains Turmeric - 3 cm Ginger - 2 cm Galangal - 2 cm See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Remove the anchovy head and clean the dirt. Wash clean and then coat with lime juice. Wait a moment. In a bowl, mix the anchovies with ground spices, basil leaves, tomatoes, salt, and sugar. Mix well. Prepare banana leaves, fill with anchovies that have been seasoned earlier. Close the banana leaf and pin both ends with a toothpick. Steam the peppers for 10 minutes. Lift. Grill the pepes on a non-stick flat pan until both sides of the banana leaves are wilted and fragrant. Lift. Ready to be served. 1. If you want it spicier, you can add whole cayenne pepper in a mixture of anchovies and spices.
