It's no secret that hot fried bananas are a favorite snack of many people. Especially when you add honey to the flour mixture. Fried bananas will be sweeter, legit, and appear more attractive.

Ingredients

  • Banana horn, medium size - 2 pieces
  • Dye:
  • Wheat flour - 100 grams
  • Corn flour - 20 grams
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 3 tbsp
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Oil, for frying - to taste

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dye and stir until smooth and not lumpy. Strain if necessary. Set aside.
  • Take a banana and cut it into 1 cm thick coin shapes. If it feels too thick, can be cut in half or 0.5 cm.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil. Turn down the fire.
  • Prepare a vegetable spoon. Arrange 6 slices of banana into it. Pour with the dipping mixture until the vegetable spoon is full.
  • Pour and fry the banana mixture into hot oil, trying to keep the shape round. Fry until it looks half cooked. Flip the bananas and fry until golden brown. Repeat turning the dough until the bananas are dark brown. Lift and drain.
  • Ready to be served.
  • 1. Banana horn can be replaced with plantain according to taste.
