Terasi Fried Rice Recipe (belacan)

Ingredients Rice - 350 grams (1 plate) Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves Small size onions, finely chopped - 1/2 pieces Eggs, beaten - 2 eggs Large red chili, sliced oblique - 1 piece Green chilies, sliced oblique - 1 piece Green onion, sliced - 1 stick Sweet soy sauce - 1 tsp Fish sauce - 1.5 tbsp Shrimp, grilled and puree - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying - 3 tbsp Buy ingredients and cooking utensils Plans Heat oil, saute garlic, onion, and shrimp paste until fragrant. Set aside to the edge of the pan. Pour in the eggs, mix well until they are scrambled. Add red chilies and green chilies. Mix well. Add white rice, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, sugar and pepper powder. Stir until smooth and cook until cooked. Adjust the taste. Just before serving, add the scallions. Stir briefly. Remove and immediately serve warm. If you want the color of the fried rice to be more brown, you can add sweet soy sauce.
