Ingredients

  • Rice - 350 grams (1 plate)
  • Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves

  • Eggs, beaten - 2 eggs
  • Large red chili, sliced ​​oblique - 1 piece
  • Green chilies, sliced ​​oblique - 1 piece
  • Green onion, sliced ​​- 1 stick
  • Sweet soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Fish sauce - 1.5 tbsp
  • Shrimp, grilled and puree - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying - 3 tbsp

Plans

  • Heat oil, saute garlic, onion, and shrimp paste until fragrant. Set aside to the edge of the pan.
  • Pour in the eggs, mix well until they are scrambled.
  • Add red chilies and green chilies. Mix well.
  • Add white rice, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, sugar and pepper powder. Stir until smooth and cook until cooked. Adjust the taste.
  • Just before serving, add the scallions. Stir briefly.
  • Remove and immediately serve warm.
  • If you want the color of the fried rice to be more brown, you can add sweet soy sauce.
