Shrimp Oseng Tofu Recipe

Ingredients
- Shrimp - 250 grams
- Lime - 1 fruit
- Chinese tofu - 1 piece
- Onion - 1/2 piece
- Big green chilies - 10 pieces
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Laos, crushed - 3 cm
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- Ground spices:
- Big red chilies - 2 pieces
- Red cayenne pepper - 5 pieces
- Curly red chili - 5 pieces
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Shallots - 6 grains

Plans
- Cut tofu into cubes and fry until brown. Set aside.
- Clean the prawns, remove the head from the center of the shrimp and remove the dirt.
- Marinate shrimp with lime juice and salt for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil, saute the onions then add the ground spices, add the bay leaf, laos, sugar, salt and oyster sauce then stir-fry until the spices are cooked and add a little water.
- Then add the shrimp, stir until the shrimp changes color, then add the tofu and green chilies and cook until the spices are evenly distributed and the green chilies wilt. Serve.
- 1. If the tofu is plain white (no taste) it is better to soak the tofu with a little salt.
