  • Tapioca flour - 4 tbsp
  • Beancurd skin - to taste
  • Spice:
  • Garlic, puree - 4 cloves
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • Broth powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Puree the chicken and shrimp using a chopper.
  • Mix the chicken and shrimp that have been mashed with eggs, carrots, scallions, tapioca flour and all the spices, mix well.
