Shirataki Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

Wet shirataki rice - 400 grams
Chicken thighs - 1 piece
Eggs - 2 eggs
Garlic - 3 cloves
Sweet soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Scallion - 2 sprigs
Red chilies, sliced oblique - 3 pieces
Broth powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Fried onions - to taste

Boil chicken with enough water until cooked, remove and drain. Shred the meat.
Wash the shirataki rice, then boil it with enough water until it boils. Lift and drain.
Crush the garlic then saute until fragrant, add the eggs, scrambled until cooked.
Add the shirataki rice, shredded chicken, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, stock powder and salt and mix well. Add scallions and chili slices, mix well.
Cook until the spices absorb, then remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
