Ebi's Sumpie Recipe
Sumpia ebi is one of the crunchy savory snacks that is often served as a treat during holidays or family events. It tastes so savory and fragrant because of the ebi stuffing in it. Ingredients
- Spring roll skin ready to use - 20 sheets
- Egg white, for adhesive - 1 egg
- Cooking oil, for frying - to taste
- Stuffing:
- Ebi - 100 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Fried Shallots - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Broth powder - 1/2 tsp
- Brown sugar - 4 tbsp
- Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

- Soak the ebi for 30 minutes, drain the water.
- Puree the garlic and fry in a little oil until fragrant. Add ebi, cook until dry. Remove and drain from oil.
- Mix the ebi that has been cooked until dry with the fried shallots, coriander powder, powdered stock, and brown sugar. Puree using a chopper, ebi is ready to use.
- Cut 1 sheet of spring roll skin into 4 parts, do it until it runs out.

- Fry the sumpi in low heat until golden brown and crispy. Lift and drain.
