Ingredients
- Corn Layer:
- Corn shells - 200 grams
- Granulated sugar - 100 grams
- Rice flour - 40 grams
- Tapioca flour - 35 grams
- Eggs - 2 eggs
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut milk - 150 ml
- Tray cake mold - to taste
- Oil, for greasing - to taste

- Coconut milk - 250 ml
- Wheat flour - 50 grams
- Tapioca flour - 10 grams
- Salt - 1/4 tsp

- Coconut Milk Layer: In a bowl, mix all the coconut milk coating ingredients. Stir until smooth and not lumpy. Set aside.
- Heat a steamer/cooker. Grease the cake tray with oil.
- Puree all the ingredients for the corn layer using a blender.
- Pour the corn mixture into the baking tray until full. Steam for 10 minutes.
- Pour a layer of coconut milk over it until it is full. Sprinkle with corn kernels. Continue steaming for another 15 minutes over medium heat. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Remove the cake tray from the mould. Ready to be served.
