Ingredients
- Hunkwe flour - 100 grams
- Fresh milk - 1 liter
- Sugar - 250 grams
- Flavors & coloring (can be changed according to taste):
- Cocoa powder - 2 tsp
- Strawberry Paste - 1 tsp
- Pandan paste - to taste
- Oreo Biscuits, coarsely crushed - to taste

- Mix all ingredients (except flavorings & dyes) well, then bring to a boil while stirring until thickened and becomes slightly clear.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces:
- One part add cocoa powder that has been mixed well with 4 tablespoons of warm water, then pour it into the mold.
- One part add the strawberry paste, mix well and then pour into the mold.
- Give one part pandan paste, mix well and then pour into the mold.
- The last part give the crushed biscuits, mix well and then pour into the mold.
- Put it in the freezer, let it freeze. Serve.
- 1. Fresh milk can be replaced with coconut milk.
