Tofu Petis Recipe
Ingredients
- White tofu, fried - 6 pieces
- Garlic, puree - 5 cloves
- Red chilies, puree - 2 pieces
- Lemongrass, bruised - 2 sticks
- Petis - 100 grams
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 50 ml
- Oil, for frying - to taste

- Heat some oil. Saute garlic, chili and lemon grass until fragrant.
